Avalanche Price Prediction 2030 in INR: Can It Hit ₹10,000?

AVAX 2030 scenarios in rupees: about ₹535 to ₹11,600 from market-cap maths, a 2026 to 2030 table, and what ₹10,000 per AVAX would really need.

Nobody can predict Avalanche's price in 2030, but market-cap maths gives a sensible range. On our assumptions AVAX could be worth roughly ₹535 to ₹1,070 in a bear case, ₹2,140 to ₹3,570 in a base case and ₹7,140 to ₹11,600 in a bull case, against about ₹1,054 on 1 October 2026. These are scenarios, not predictions. ₹10,000 per AVAX would need Avalanche to be worth about $56 billion by 2030, which only our bull case reaches. The live Avalanche price in INR is ₹1,054 right now.

Key takeaways

  • On 1 October 2026 AVAX was about $10.94 (₹1,054), with a market cap near $4.85 billion, ranked 26th.
  • Its all-time high was about $145 on 21 November 2021, roughly ₹10,800 at the time. AVAX is still about 92% below that peak.
  • Supply is capped at 720 million AVAX and every fee is burned. We assume about 540 million AVAX in circulation by the end of 2030, up from 443 million.
  • Our 2030 range runs from a $3 billion to a $65 billion market cap.
  • ₹10,000 per AVAX needs about $46 billion today or $56 billion with 2030's supply. Gains are taxed at 30% plus cess in India, with 1% TDS and no loss set-off.

Where Avalanche stands in October 2026

Avalanche is a proof-of-stake blockchain built by Ava Labs, the company led by Emin Gün Sirer. Its main network went live on 21 September 2020. It runs several chains side by side: the C-Chain runs Ethereum-style smart contracts and holds most apps and tokens, the P-Chain coordinates validators, and the X-Chain handles simple transfers. Companies, games and financial firms can also launch their own blockchains, now called Avalanche L1s (they used to be called subnets), which connect to the main network.

AVAX had a strong September 2026, rising about 50% in 30 days and about 6% in the past week, but it remains far below its 2021 peak. For charts and more data, see our AVAX coin page.

AVAX supply: the 720 million cap, burns and unlocks

AVAX can never exceed 720 million coins. Half of that, 360 million, was created when the network launched. The rest is minted slowly as staking rewards for validators and the people who delegate to them, and the formula is designed so that minting slows as total supply gets closer to the cap.

Every transaction fee on Avalanche is burned, which removes those coins for good. Since the Octane upgrade of 8 April 2025 made C-Chain fees adjust to demand and cut them sharply, each transaction burns very little, so staking rewards now add far more AVAX than fees remove. A recent community proposal, ACP-285, puts supply growth over the past year at about 5.5% and suggests trimming staking rewards; it was still under discussion in October 2026.

There is also a scheduled release from the original allocation: about 1.67 million AVAX goes to the Avalanche Foundation every three months, a schedule that runs to mid-2030. That is under 0.4% of circulating supply each time. Our guide to token unlocks and vesting explains how such schedules work.

Putting these together, we assume about 540 million AVAX in circulation at the end of 2030, around 22% more than today. If all 720 million AVAX were circulating, every price in this guide would need a market cap about a third higher.

How we build the 2030 scenarios

We use the same method as our Bitcoin price prediction 2030 in INR and Cardano price prediction 2030 in INR: choose a plausible total value for the network, divide it by the expected supply, and convert to rupees. Three assumptions matter:

  1. Supply: about 540 million AVAX at the end of 2030, rising from 443 million as staking rewards are minted and the quarterly releases continue.
  2. Exchange rate: ₹96.33 to the dollar, the rate on 1 October 2026. The effect of a weaker rupee is shown separately below.
  3. Market cap: this is the real guess. Each scenario says what would have to happen for Avalanche to be worth that much.

Worked example: a $16 billion market cap divided by 540 million AVAX gives about $29.6 per AVAX, or about ₹2,854 at ₹96.33 to the dollar. Change the market cap and the price moves in step; add supply and it moves the other way.

Avalanche price prediction 2026 to 2030 in INR

This table shows one path for each scenario, year by year. Each cell gives the AVAX price in rupees and, in brackets, the market cap that price implies. The figures are end-of-year scenarios from market-cap maths, not forecasts.

Year endAVAX supply (assumed)Bear caseBase caseBull case
2026448 million₹860 ($4B)₹1,183 ($5.5B)₹1,505 ($7B)
2027470 million₹615 ($3B)₹1,537 ($7.5B)₹3,074 ($15B)
2028493 million₹684 ($3.5B)₹1,954 ($10B)₹5,471 ($28B)
2029516 million₹747 ($4B)₹2,427 ($13B)₹7,467 ($40B)
2030540 million₹803 ($4.5B)₹2,854 ($16B)₹9,276 ($52B)

The bear path dips in 2027 because crypto markets have often had a weak year after a strong run, as in 2018 and 2022. The base path grows Avalanche's value a little over three times by 2030, but the price rises less than that because supply grows too. The bull path makes Avalanche worth more than TRON is today, passes ₹5,000 per AVAX during 2028 and ends 2030 just short of ₹10,000.

Avalanche price prediction 2030: three scenarios

ScenarioMarket cap in 2030AVAX price (USD)AVAX price (INR at ₹96.33)
Bear$3 to $6 billion~$5.56 to $11.11~₹535 to ₹1,070
Base$12 to $20 billion~$22.2 to $37.0~₹2,140 to ₹3,570
Bull$40 to $65 billion~$74 to $120~₹7,140 to ₹11,600
  • Bear case: developers keep choosing Ethereum's layer-2 networks, Solana and newer chains, few Avalanche L1s attract real users, and AVAX ends the decade worth no more than today while staking keeps adding coins.
  • Base case: Avalanche L1s and tokenised-asset projects grow steadily, fee burns pick up as activity rises, demand through US exchange-traded funds builds slowly, and Avalanche's value rises with the wider market to about three or four times today's level.
  • Bull case: a strong cycle and wide use of Avalanche for tokenised assets, games and company chains put it back among the ten largest coins, worth $40 billion to $65 billion.

Can Avalanche reach ₹10,000? The market-cap maths

Market cap = price × circulating supply. Using about 443 million AVAX and ₹96.33 to the dollar on 1 October 2026:

AVAX price (INR)Rise needed from ~₹1,054Implied market cap (INR)Implied market cap (USD)For comparison
₹2,000~1.9x~₹88,600 crore~$9.2 billionAbout Cardano today
₹5,000~4.7x~₹2.2 lakh crore~$23 billionAbout Zcash today
₹10,000~9.5x~₹4.4 lakh crore~$46 billionMore than TRON today ($31.6 billion)
₹25,000~24x~₹11.1 lakh crore~$115 billionMore than BNB today ($102 billion)
₹50,000~47x~₹22.2 lakh crore~$230 billionAbout 70% of Ethereum today

₹10,000 per AVAX is about $104, still below the 2021 peak price of about $145. But supply is much larger now, so that price means a value of about $46 billion today, or about $56 billion with 2030's supply. That sits inside our bull case of $40 billion to $65 billion. So ₹10,000 is a stretch target that needs a strong cycle and real growth in use, not an impossible one.

Getting back to the old peak is harder than the chart suggests. With 540 million AVAX in 2030, $145 per coin means a market cap of about $78 billion, more than Solana was worth on 1 October 2026. ₹50,000 per AVAX would need about $280 billion in 2030, close to Ethereum's whole value today, which is out of reach on any realistic view.

The rupee effect

AVAX is priced in dollars worldwide, so a weaker rupee raises its rupee price even if nothing else changes. If the rupee slid to about ₹105 to the dollar by 2030, every rupee figure here would be about 9% higher: the base case would become roughly ₹2,330 to ₹3,890 instead of ₹2,140 to ₹3,570. This is an illustration, not a currency forecast; check today's rate on our USD to INR page.

What would push AVAX up or down

  • Avalanche L1s: the Avalanche9000 upgrade on 16 December 2024 replaced the 2,000 AVAX stake that each subnet validator needed with a small monthly fee, making it far cheaper to launch a chain. L1s with real users bring activity and fees tied to AVAX; empty ones do not.
  • Fees and burns: because every fee is burned, busier chains slow supply growth. Octane made the C-Chain cheap to use, which helps users but means each transaction burns less.
  • Fund demand: VanEck launched the first US spot Avalanche ETF, VAVX, on 26 January 2026, and it can stake part of its AVAX. Steady inflows would support the base and bull cases. Indians can only buy US funds through the LRS route, covered in how to invest in a US crypto ETF from India.
  • The wider market: AVAX usually moves with Bitcoin and tends to fall further in downturns. Track the leader on our Bitcoin price in INR page.
  • Competition: Ethereum, Solana and Sui chase the same developers and money. See how they compare in Solana vs Avalanche and Avalanche vs Sui.

What ₹10,000 in AVAX could become

At about ₹1,054 per AVAX on 1 October 2026, ₹10,000 buys roughly 9.5 AVAX before fees. Here is what that holding would be worth at the 2030 figures above, leaving out staking rewards:

2030 scenarioValue rangePoint value (market cap)Tax on gain (31.2%)Left after tax
Bear₹5,078 to ₹10,156~₹7,617 ($4.5B)None (loss of ₹2,383)₹7,617
Base₹20,313 to ₹33,855~₹27,084 ($16B)₹5,330₹21,754
Bull₹67,709 to ₹1,10,028~₹88,022 ($52B)₹24,343₹63,679

Tax here is 30% plus 4% cess on the gain. The bear-case loss cannot be set off against salary, other crypto gains or any other income. Staking can add extra AVAX each year, but rewards are taxed when you receive them; our guide to crypto staking and tax explains how. Try your own amounts in the Avalanche investment calculator.

Risks to weigh before buying

  • Long drawdowns: AVAX has spent almost five years below its 2021 high and still trades about 92% under it. Anyone who bought near the top is still waiting.
  • Supply keeps growing: staking adds new AVAX every year and fee burns offset little of it, so Avalanche's total value has to grow just to keep the price steady.
  • Activity is spread out: use is split across the C-Chain and many L1s, and not every busy L1 creates much demand for AVAX itself.
  • Competition: fast smart-contract chains are plentiful, and developers can move between them easily.
  • Rupee and tax: a stronger rupee would cut rupee returns, and the 30% tax with no loss set-off means you keep less of any gain than the headline figure suggests.

Buying AVAX and tax in India

AVAX is listed on many exchanges that serve India, usually against INR or USDT; search "AVAX" in your app before you deposit money. Our guide on how to buy Avalanche in India covers the steps. Crypto is legal in India but not legal tender, and exchanges serving Indians must register with FIU-IND; check the FIU-registered exchanges list first.

When you sell, gains are taxed at a flat 30% plus 4% cess under the rules introduced as Section 115BBH, with no deduction except what you paid. 1% TDS applies to sales above ₹50,000 a year for specified persons (₹10,000 for others) and counts towards your final tax. Losses cannot be set off against other income or carried forward, and trades go in Schedule VDA of your ITR. Our crypto tax in India guide and crypto tax calculator cover the details.
